Založba ZRC makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and correctness of data published on its website. Once the package containing the ordered items is handed over to Pošta Slovenije, Založba ZRC is no longer responsible for any physical damage, destruction, or loss of the package, nor is it responsible for any missing content in the package or if the package presents the signs of being opened or damaged. Založba ZRC makes every effort to settle any disputes amicably and expeditiously. Issues or complaints are treated confidentially. Založba ZRC is aware that the essential characteristic of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim on the one hand and the time and costs arising from the dispute on the other, which is also the main obstacle that prevents the consumer from bringing the dispute to court. Therefore, Založba ZRC uses its best endeavors to settle any disputes amicably. If a mutually agreed solution is not possible, all disputes will be settled by a competent court in Ljubljana under national law.
Založba ZRC does not recognize any body providing extrajudicial consumer dispute resolution procedures as competent for resolving disputes that consumers may initiate in accordance with Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIRPS). This signifies that any disputes are solved before a competent court. In accordance with Paragraph 4 of Article 32 of ZIRPS, Založba ZRC, as a business engaged in online sales, provides an electronic link to the Online Dispute Resolution Platform. The link is accessible here.
